Chronic Obstructive Respiratory Diseases (CORD) can lead to severe morbidity and mortality but is preventable at an early stage. Spirometry is the keystone for early diagnosis but is not widely available in Vietnam, especially in primary health care system. Development and validation of a questionnaire to screen the CORD in the early stages in the general population in Vietnam play an important role. How could we develop and validate the CORD screening questionnaire? What are the advantages and disadvantages ?
